Microsoft Word tutorials for beginners- Part 01-2

MS Word Part-01

From today we will try to write a series of MS Word. Let's get started.

Software install: If you do not have MS Word on your computer, please download the MS Word 2003/2007/2010 (almost all of the same) from the net. I hope everyone has installed MS Word. I'll work on MS Word 2007.

A page will appear in front of you. Here you will see: There is a menu bar on the top, including Home, Insert, page layout, ..... view..etc.

Home: Home is a toolbar under a menu that is: Clipboard, Font, Paragraph, Styles, Editing.

At first we will see the work of Home.

Clipboard: Clipboard work is straightforward. Copy, move, and restore work
Before you write something on the page. I wrote a quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. Select the text by pressing the left button of the mouse, then select the number of points you want to drag on. Set the keyboard (ctrl + a) to do all the tuku will be selected.

copy: Select the copy of the selected text, click on the copy of the clipboard. Or press the keyboard (ctrl + c) to copy.

paste: Now copy paste the text wherever necessary, click on the paste of the clipboard, or press the keyboard (ctrl + V) to complete the text.

cut: You do not want to be copied directly I want to remove the writing. Then click on the cut of the clipboard. Click on the cut of the clipboard. Or press the keyboard (ctrl + x). Then press the cursor where necessary or pressing ctrl + v will be the text.

paste special formet: There is a small sign below the paste of the clipboard

There are a number of pages coming in with a lot of pictures

From here you will have to paste your cut text into the same format (paste) Can you do it.

To zoom in/out your page, press the ctrl key on the keyboard to turn the mouse's circle. When the page ends, you do not have to do anything. Automatically take another page.

MS Word Part-02

It is good to get your encouragement. It is understood that if you get encouragement, then try to write with a small writer and his maximum. Do not write a list of what he will teach today without saying anything.

i)  How do I bold the text?
ii) How do I paste text in italic format?
iii) How to underline the text below the text?
iv) How will I wrap the middle of the text?
v) How to write chemistry signs?
vi) How to write the mathematical formula?

Answer: i) Select the part of your writing that you want to bold. Now click on the B Text from the Font Tool on Home. Or press the keyboard (ctrl + b).

ii) Select the part of your writing that you want to make italic. Now click on the text I type from the Font tool on home. Or press the keyboard (ctrl + i).

iii) Select the part of the text that you want to underline. Now click on the U text from the Font tool on Home. Or press the keyboard (ctrl + u).

iv) Some of your pages will remain on the page but you can cancel it or show it as incorrect. To do this, select the text, then after that, from the font tool, give the middle line of ABC next to the U. Click on the status. There is no keyboard shortcut.

v) Now if you do not have any science then you will leave the chemistry sign today. The sign of the water will be at H2O below 2 h. How to write: First write H2O then just select 2, then after the font tool x2 (First click). Or press the keyboard (ctrl + =). Sulfuric Acid Signal H2SO4 Similarly, select 2 and then (Ctrl + =), select 4 then (Ctrl + =). Or press Ctrl and select each one with a mouse, then press x2 or (ctrl + =)

vi) There is much chemistry, there is no juice in chemistry. So let's clap the composition of the population. All known sources (a + b) 2 = a2 + 2ab + b2. Next to (a + b) there will be a little above 2 a2 and b2 also (sorry to not show due to phone due to write properly) to write (a + b) next to 2 select the font from font Click on x2 (2nd to left) or from the keyboard (ctrl + shift + +). For a, b select the next 2 and then (ctrl + shift + +) .. or ctrl with the mouse. Once you have selected one, press x2 or (ctrl + shift + +) : -

To this day. How do you like?
If you have questions, please let me know.

(Time, learn well)
