The topic of our discussion today is the MS Excel Identity or Introduction to MS Excel

MS Excel is one of the most widely used programs in Microsoft Office. Let us know today in Microsoft Office 2010 on MS Excel and what is it used to do? There are multiple Sheet openings for each file or WorkSheet in Excel Program. Each sheet has 65536 lines and 256 sections. Cells that are created in combination with the Row and Column are called Cells. Excel Cursor says Cell Pointer. The page that is working is called an Active Page and the whole sheet is called Work Sheet. The width of the square in the Excel sheet is called the Column.


Let us get acquainted with the number of identified issues from the picture below.

The following figure is mentioned in the picture below: Ribbon. Using the various tabs, groups, and options of Ribbon, the work of the Excel program is accomplished by applying the Work Sheet.
The second number in the picture is called Name Box. Normally the cell that is selected will indicate the name box in which the cell is located in any column of the row. Or you can select the cell and name of the required Row and Column in the Name Box.
The third number is called Formula Box. If anything is written in the cell, the formula box will indicate it again. Or if the cell is selected on Formula Box, it is stored for that cell. Different mathematical formulas can also be used on Formula Box and selected cells.
The fourth number of pictures is called Column. The column is indicated by each alphabet in the Work Sheet. Normally the length of the house is called the column. It has been displayed in the image beneath.
The number 5 is called Row. The row is indicated by each Numeric number in the Work Sheet. Normally the house of the stone is called Ro. The picture shows the number 5.
The number six is called a cell. Generally, each house compiled by Column and Row is called a cell. It has been shown by number 6 in the picture.
The seven number is called Work Sheet. Generally, the seat that is used is called Active Page If you want to work on more than one seat, you will have two or three sheets active on one click, Sheet 2, Sheet 3. If more seats are needed, then the number of times that sheet next to Sheet 3 means that the Insert Worksheet will be available. When you need to work on the sheet, when you click on the sheet, it will come forward.

How to Open, Save and Close MS Excel File:

We have already tried giving basic ideas of Excel to MS Excel Contacts. Today we will know how to open MS Excel File, Save, and Close.


MS Excel File Open

To use the MS Excel program, the Microsoft Office program must be installed on the computer. To open MS Excel, first, click on Start, if you have MS Excel in the Start menu then click here and it will come back. If you are not in the Start menu then click on Start and then click on All Program. Then all the installed programs will come in, from there click on Microsoft Office and click on MS Excel or select Enter and press Enter.

If you want to take an Excel sheet using Shortcut then right-click on the blank space in Windows. An options menu box will appear, from the menu box, click New and then click on MS Excel Worksheet. Then your desired Excel sheet will be open.

MS Excel Save Mode

In Microsoft Word, we showed how to save files. In the same way, you can save an MS Excel File. If you want to see more then save the file to Microsoft Office Word

MS Excel Close Rules

We already know how to open MS Excel. Let us now know how to close MS Excel. Although it is easy to close the Excel program, it has been reported for everyone's convenience.

To close the Excel program, an option is to click on File and click on Close, then the file will be closed. But the original program is still open. If you click on File and click Exit then the entire program will be closed. Or the title bar of the MS Excel program (right top bar) has a red cross mark on the right, but if clicked, the program will be closed.

If the file is not saved, then a dialog box appears. To save the file, click on Save, if you do not want to save, click Do not Save. If you do not want to close the file, click Cancel or click on the red cross mark.
